My last time in gym~

Yesterday was my last day to be the temporary member in FitnessFirst...
now,i still missing about my favorite dance-body jam(Cheryl)
although i have attended the body step cls & body combat,i still more prefer body jam with the combination of hip-hop,Latin,salsa n what else.maybe it is easier n hv more fun than the others...
body step was so difficult to me,keeping step -up,step- down &step-up &step-down...so exhausted...i felt difficult to breath while i was repeating step-up & step-down.but still i followed
that class until the end.
body combat was ok la to me.what i hv learnt in this class maybe i can use to whack somebody or my enemies,haha^^
after that v went to steam & sauna.this was my first time to experience that.so hot man!!!after being steamed,i feel my skin is smoother a litter bit,haha...so perasan.
then i took a bath at there n i back at 8 o clock.

oh ya!suddenly i remembered that kee yean havent return back my'little nyonya'to me. >_<

Dancing class was fun~

Went to fitness first again...haha^^finally i was brave enough to go to attend the dancing class-body jam.that`s right,my body was slightly jam when i was dancing.but nvm,everyone also what...for the first time>_<i wanna go again!!!!

Bon Odori 33rd(2009)

Yesterday i followed my friends to Shah Alam to Bon Odori by SMK Tmn Cannaught`s bus....
it was my first time to go to this kind of Japanese festival~
After one hr.....i think....we reached there.
It was super super hotttt!!!!!!again my sweats were drop by drop=.=there was so crowded n very dusty=.=""
By the way,i hv brought some Japanese foods to eat like curry fish ball,dorayaki,sushi,green tea ice cream.......taste nice but the prices were expensive....

my friends n I were dancing together~~Everyone was dancing together~my feeling at that time was indescribable~fullfilled with happiness n joyful^^no feeling of ashamed with my dances whether good or not...just followed what the dancers dance at the stage n just enjoyed!!!!

First time at FitnessFirst~

As i got the free membership of fitness first for 1 week,today i went there to exercise!!!!
so excited!!!unfortunately Peng can`t go in with us because she didn't bring i.c. but nvm la,this Sunday still got chance,rmb to bring i.c. a Peng!!!then Ruey,Sze Mei and I went to the gim,their toilet is so beautiful man!!after changing clothes,we went to exercise.
after 1 hr,2 hr.......my sweat started to drop by drop....is good to sweat a lot>_<
we met angeline with her group n Thiam Jun with his group....

ok,we back at 5 o`clock.
now i m extreamely exhausted n my legs are painful!!but i was having fun at there^^

Yesterday

haha,i m now using my cousin`s laptop to write this post.

So many things happened yesterday:
1)Physics PEKA-first time did my peka on myself.Teacher gave us all the apparatus and ordered us to complete the electrical circuit on ourselves,cannot ask for anybody`s help.i felt nervous at first coz i even dont know how to join all the wires.After i tried hard to join all the wires with the bulb,rheostat,batteries,ammeter,voltmeter and switch together,i realised thet i still lack of one wire.i asked for one wire from teacher.Then,i started to adjust the rheostat to see whether the bulb will light up or not,but it failed.After a few times trying,ohhh!!!!my bulb finally lights up!!!thank god!!!i raised my hand to call teacher come n check.teacher asked me to open the switch to let him check the arrangement of apparatus whether is correct,then he marked a tick on my paper.after that i was asked to close the switch to make the bulb lights up,but at that time,it wasn`t light up.omg,i tried to adjust it again.then the bulb lights up again.finally i got the second tick.bcoz of lack of time,i didnt record the reading probably.nvm la,at least i can complete the circuit on my own.^^


2)Transformer:First time ponteng chinese class to go and watch transfomer2 with my friends at leisure mall.This movie is nice and i think it is hot coz many ppl want to watch tis movie. I think this is my last movie b4 spm.i need to concentrate a lotttt on my studies now...and after spm,my first movie will be New Moon.


3)Nasional Service:now,our topic almost surrounded by ns.i hv checked my name is not on the list,luckily.but i scared the name list havent come out all.hopefully i wont kena coz i want to take a part time job and make money some more to get a car lisence during holiday.
